Through the contact form we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message. This data is used solely to reply to your request and, where applicable, to establish a legal assistance relationship.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep the data

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request, but no longer than 24 months, unless a legal assistance relationship is established, in which case the data is retained in accordance with the legal obligations of the legal profession.

Who we share the data with

The data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be accessed by the technical providers that host the website and deliver e-mail, acting as processors, solely for the purpose of operating the service.

Cookies

The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation (session and CSRF protection for the form), which do not require consent. Traffic analytics tools (for example Google Analytics), when enabled, set cookies only after you have given your consent through the cookie banner; you can withdraw consent at any time from the same banner.

Independently of cookies, we keep aggregated, server-generated traffic statistics without personal identifiers: the IP address is turned into a code that changes daily and cannot be used to identify you.

Professional secrecy

Independently of the GDPR, information communicated to a lawyer is protected by professional secrecy under Law no. 51/1995 on the organisation and practice of the legal profession and the Statute of the legal profession.
